Bespoke Software Design
Not every package we produce is based around a database. Bluebird has developed stand alone packages, and software that uses Excel or Word as its base. For example, we have recently developed a label printing program in Word to read data emailed from a Web Shop and produce postal labels plus differently sized labels to be put in a Day Book. We have also developed several invoicing systems which are simple and flexible in Excel.
How does it all work? We offer a free initial consultation where we will look at your current system in detail. We will analyse it and produce an estimate for each part of the work. At this stage we can incorporate any changes or modifications you or your staff suggest. If the work could be broken down into sections easily, we are happy to develop a part of the application first, so that you and your staff can evaluate it, before proceeding to the next step.
