We will design your Database System to the highest standard with the following features:
- Before coding your database we will design structure using relationships to design a normalised
set of tables which will enable data to be stored efficiently and recalled rapidly.
- These can be extended at a later date.
- We colour code data so that you can easily fing exceptional items in a form or report.
- We can also provide limited access to the data for different levels of staff, so that some staff
can view but not enter data, or only view certain screens. We are happy to include this feature without additional charge.
- All forms will use aids to correct data input such as Drop-Down Menus, Calendar Controls, tick boxes and other time-saving features.
- Tabbed and Pop-Up forms will be used to display and to make data entry easier.
- All data input will be validated where appropriate (for example dates must be within the timescale of the project),
and if a required field is left empty, the user will be prompted to complete it.
- We will use SQL to design queries that are versatile and easy to use.
- We will design Reports which are clear and informative.
- We will write a step-by-step user manual that explains how to use the system.
- We will provide after-sales-service that is second to none.
