A typical system caters for companies between 2 and 20+ fee earners.
The user will add the time they have booked by selecting the Client, the type of work they have been doing (activity) and the time they have spent. This form also records Disbursements as well as non-chargeable time. Time can be booked in arrears and in advance.
This form can also produce a SIP9 Report for the period of the insolvency.
A SIP9 covering a specific period can also be produced in the Management Reports Section.
Client Summary
This form shows you at a glance the financial status of each Client, the amount billed and the Work in Progress.
You can drill down to see individual bookings, invoice the Client for work done and view several other functions.
Having selected the Client, this form shows the work booked against each heading. As each item is ticked off, it is marked with the Invoice reference and assigned to the invoice.
